8 Top Foods for Lose weight and gain Health

Losing weight can be difficult and many of us have felt like giving up on dieting and even considered surgery to get rid of that extra weight. We offer some tips on how to lose weight easier just by eating the right foods. There is no need to use weight-loss pills and slimming products, a healthy balanced diet will complement exercise and therefore help you lose those unwanted extra weight.

1. Vegetables

Vegetables are extremely good for you as they are low in calories and rich in fibre, antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals which that are important for your diet. One good vegetable is beetroots because it’s rich in iron and magnesium, has very little calories and is a good source of fibre. Another beneficial vegetable is avocado, because the fat it contains speeds up the metabolic rate, its rich in vitamins and minerals and can also help give you that full up feeling.

Oatmeal and high fibre cereals contain an ingredient called soluble fibre that binds to bile which helps us to absorb fat; it also raises blood sugar levels by staying in the stomach longer making us full.

Eggs are full of protein which can help you feel fuller for longer; they also prevent spikes in blood sugar which lead to food cravings, so having an egg or two in the morning for breakfast can help you cut out those snacks during the day.
